Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located in Knowle, offering a convenient spot for exploration. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and boast very comfortable beds, ensuring a cozy stay. The service, especially from the Canadian manager, was exceptional in addressing any concerns promptly. The dining experience highlighted traditional local products. However, the ongoing roadworks nearby posed a slight inconvenience during my stay.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was comfy with a great bed, but the broken wc was a downside. The facilities were good, but the instant coffee was a letdown. The Canadian manager did sort out a complaint I had, so that was a plus.
The hotel is centrally located in Knowle, offering great facilities with a very comfortable bed and tea/coffee facilities. The service, especially from the Canadian manager, was lovely and efficient. The dining experience was satisfying with a helpful waitress. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
